With the elegant designs that Kellie creates it's
no wonder Kellie Burke Interiors gets invited to Wadsworth Atheneum to
decorate for the
Festival of Trees and Traditions: Home for the Holidays exhibition,
or has
Hartford Magazine literally knocking at her door for an intimate
look at how she decorates her own home for the holidays. Kellie's advice
on decorating your home for the holidays is, "Everything in design
should be about the five senses, not just visually stimulating. So it is
very important for the tree to be not only festive but to have an
aroma." The key element is creating a mood that's warm and
inviting. Kellie's holiday themed rooms were designed with items
ordered through her West Hartford store to provide an end result of
grandeur living this holiday season.
